Grow Boldly

  • We focus exclusively on Monstera and we don’t compromise on our standards

  • All orders ship Mondays only.

    This schedule ensures plants do not sit in transit over the weekend and reduces unnecessary stress during shipping.

    If you place an order after Sunday, it will ship the following Monday.

  • All plants ship via UPS Ground service.

    We choose this method intentionally—balanced transit time means less stress on the plant while keeping shipping efficient and reliable.

  • We currently ship within the continental United States only.

    We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

  • Plants are carefully secured to prevent shifting during transit. Soil is stabilized, foliage is protected, and insulation is used when appropriate.

    We ship living plants, minor cosmetic imperfections from transit can occur. This does not mean the plant is unhealthy.

  • We monitor weather conditions before shipping. In colder conditions, insulation is used as needed.

    Heat packs are available for purchase during cold weather. If your temperatures are low, adding a heat pack is strongly recommended.

    If extreme weather poses a serious risk, shipping may be delayed to protect plant health.

  • Due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept returns.

    All sales are final.

  • We offer refunds only in cases of Dead on Arrival (DOA).

    To qualify:

    • You must email a clear photo of the plant

    • The photo must be taken within 24 hours of delivery

    • The plant must be shown in its original condition as received

    If approved, a refund will be issued.

  • The following do not qualify:

    • Minor cosmetic damage from transit

    • Slight soil shifting

    • Normal acclimation stress

    • Changes due to improper care after arrival

    • Variegation differences

    • Personal preference

    Plants are living organisms. Natural variation is normal and expected.

  • Yes. All plants are established and rooted prior to sale.

  • Each plant is unique. Leaf shape, size, and variegation pattern will vary. Structural health and quality standards remain consistent.

    Unless you are purchasing the exact plant shown, natural variation should be expected.
