Shipping & Live Arrival Policy
At Rebel Monstera Plant Co., every plant is grown, inspected, and packaged with care. Because plants are living organisms, proper shipping practices are essential to ensure they arrive healthy and ready to thrive.
Shipping Schedule
All plant orders ship on Mondays only.
This shipping schedule prevents plants from sitting in shipping facilities over the weekend and helps reduce transit stress. Orders placed after Sunday evening will ship the following Monday.
Shipping Method
All plants ship via UPS Ground service.
We choose this method intentionally—balanced transit time means less stress on the plant while keeping shipping efficient and reliable.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
Processing & Preparation
Plants are typically prepared and packaged 1–3 days prior to the Monday shipping date. Each plant is carefully inspected, stabilized, and secured to ensure it travels safely.
Weather & Safety Holds
During periods of extreme heat or cold, shipping may be temporarily delayed to protect plant health. If conditions are unsafe for travel, orders may be held until temperatures are suitable for shipping.
Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)
Rebel Monstera Plant Co. guarantees that your plant will arrive alive.
If a plant arrives Dead On Arrival (DOA), customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:
The damaged or dead plant
The original packaging
The shipping label on the box
Photos must be emailed or submitted within the 24-hour window for the claim to be considered.
If approved, Rebel Monstera Plant Co. will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement plant or store credit.
Conditions That Void the Live Arrival Guarantee
The Live Arrival Guarantee does not apply in the following situations:
Claims made after 24 hours of delivery
Packages left outside for extended periods after delivery
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier
Damage caused by extreme weather conditions when customers choose to ship despite warnings
Normal shipping stress or cosmetic damage such as bent leaves, minor tears, soil disturbance, or older leaves yellowing
Plants may experience temporary shipping stress, which typically resolves within a few days of proper care.
Plant Size & Appearance Disclaimer
Each plant is a unique living specimen. While we strive to represent plants accurately in photos and descriptions, size, leaf shape, coloration, and growth patterns may vary slightly from plant to plant.
Minor cosmetic imperfections are normal and do not affect plant health.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
Providing an accurate shipping address
Ensuring someone is available to receive the package upon delivery
Bringing the plant indoors promptly after delivery
Rebel Monstera Plant Co. is not responsible for damage caused by plants being left outdoors after delivery.
Weather Protection (Heat/Cold)
During seasons with extreme temperatures, additional protection such as heat packs or insulation may be recommended when necessary.
Customers shipping to areas experiencing extreme temperatures assume the risk if they choose to proceed with shipping despite weather warnings.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or modified only before they are prepared for shipment.
Once an order has been packaged or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all plant sales are final. Returns are not accepted.
Issues related to plant condition must be submitted under the Live Arrival Guarantee within 24 hours of delivery.
Shipping Delays
While we ship using UPS 2nd Day Air, Rebel Monstera Plant Co. cannot guarantee carrier delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS, weather disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Agreement to Policy
By placing an order with Rebel Monstera Plant Co., the customer acknowledges that they have read and agreed to this Shipping & Live Arrival Policy.

Refund & Replacement Policy
At Rebel Monstera Plant Co., we stand behind the quality and health of the plants we ship. Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we maintain clear policies regarding refunds and replacements.
All Sales Are Final
All plant purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for live plants.
Plants are living organisms and may experience natural variations in appearance, growth patterns, and size.
Live Arrival Issues
If a plant arrives Dead On Arrival (DOA), customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery in accordance with our Live Arrival Guarantee.
To submit a claim, customers must provide:
Clear photos of the plant
Photos of the original packaging
A photo showing the shipping label on the box
Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement or credit.
Approved Claims
If a claim is approved, Rebel Monstera Plant Co. will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:
A replacement plant, if available
Store credit for the value of the plant
Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed and are issued only at our discretion.
Non-Eligible Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
Shipping carrier delays
Cosmetic damage such as bent leaves or minor tears
Normal shipping stress
Plants damaged due to improper care after delivery
Claims submitted after the 24-hour window
Order Errors
If you receive the wrong plant or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
Fraudulent Claims
Rebel Monstera Plant Co. reserves the right to deny claims that appear fraudulent or manipulated.
By placing an order, customers agree to these terms.

Plants are living organisms and their health depends heavily on the environment and care they receive after delivery.
Individual Plant Variability
Every plant is unique. Differences in:
Leaf shape
Coloration
Fenestration
Growth rate
Size
are natural and should be expected.
Photos on our website are representative examples and may not show the exact plant received unless specifically stated.
Acclimation Period
Plants may experience transplant and shipping stress after arrival. During this acclimation period, plants may:
Droop
Yellow slightly
Pause growth
Drop an older leaf
This is normal and does not indicate poor plant health.
Customer Responsibility for Care
Once a plant has been delivered, proper care becomes the responsibility of the customer.
Rebel Monstera Plant Co. cannot guarantee plant health after delivery due to variables outside our control, including:
Lighting conditions
Watering practices
Humidity
Temperature
Pest exposure
Soil or repotting methods
Care Research
Customers are encouraged to research the care requirements of the plant they are purchasing before placing an order.
We are always happy to provide general care guidance, but long-term plant success depends on the environment and care provided by the customer.
Acceptance of Risk
By purchasing from Rebel Monstera Plant Co., customers acknowledge that they are buying a living plant and accept the natural risks associated with plant ownership.
